till your last which is Heart. Your every organ wants oxygenated blood and only
heart would be able to fulfill this demand of other organs. According to
doctors when you found there is a problem in your heart function or it is
detected as weak, you should give priority to the treatment of your heart
because there will be chance to rise of various diseases like diabetes, Blood
pressure, metabolic syndrome.
So, keep your heart healthy with below mentioned fruits
and vegetables.
Nuts:
This includes almonds, walnuts, pistachios, peanuts and
macadamia nuts all of which contain good-for-your-heart fiber. They also
contain vitamin E, which helps lower bad cholesterol. And some, like walnuts,
are high in omega-3 fatty acids. "Some people in the past have avoided
nuts because they're higher in fat, but most of the studies show that people
who consume nuts daily are leaner than people who don't,". And leaner
people are at a lower risk for heart problems. Look for varieties that don't
have a lot of added salt.
Pomegranates:
Pomegranates contain numerous antioxidants, including
heart-promoting polyphenols and anthocyanins which may help stave off hardening
of the arteries. One study of heart disease patients found that a daily dose of
pomegranate juice over three months showed improvements in blood flow to the
heart. Ultimately, though, it's important to have variety in your diet. If you
don't like pomegranates or can't afford them, reach for apples, which also
contain plenty of health-promoting compounds.

Oranges:
Take one glass juice of oranges approx 300ml in a day.
Oranges are antioxidant and contain flavonoids. Hesperidin is a plant-based
compound called a flavonoid. (Grapes, red wine, green and black teas and
chocolate also contain flavonoids.) A growing body of evidence suggests that
flavonoids can improve the health of the delicate cells that line blood
vessels.
Oranges are full of dietary fiber, which stimulates
digestive juices and relieves constipation. They aid in good eye health and
protect vision. Oranges are rich in carotenoid compounds, which are converted
to vitamin A and help prevent macular degeneration.
Berries:
All types of berries such as blueberries, strawberries
and other berries. According to a 2013 study women aged 25 through 42 who ate
more than three servings of blueberries and strawberries a week had a 32% lower
risk of heart attack compared with those who ate less. The authors of the study
attributed the benefit to compounds known as anthocyanins, flavonoids (which
are antioxidants) that may decrease blood pressure and dilate blood vessels.
Anthocyanins give plants their red and blue colors.
Tomatoes:
Tomato consumption in the U.S. has been rising and that's
a good thing. Like potatoes, tomatoes are high in heart-healthy potassium.
Plus, they're a good source of the antioxidant lycopene.
Lycopene is carotenoids that may help get rid of
"bad" cholesterol, keep blood vessels open, and lower heart attack
risk. And because they're low in calories and low in sugar, they don't detract
from an already-healthy diet.
Sweet Potatoes:
Sweet potatoes are an excellent source of vitamin A (in
the form of beta-carotene). They are also a very good source of vitamin C,
manganese, copper, pantothenic acid and vitamin B6. Additionally, they are a
good source of potassium, dietary fiber, niacin, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and
phosphorus.
Sweet potatoes' potassium content is also helpful for
your heart, as it lowers blood pressure by maintaining fluid balance, as
explained by the American Heart Association. Potassium is also an important
electrolyte that helps regulate your heartbeat.
Garlic:
Today garlic is used to help prevent heart disease,
including hardening of the arteries (plaque buildup in the arteries that can
block the flow of blood and may lead to heart attack or stroke), high
cholesterol, high blood pressure, and to boost the immune system.
Garlic is used for many conditions related to the heart
and blood system. These conditions include high blood pressure, low blood
pressure, high cholesterol, inherited high cholesterol, coronary heart disease,
heart attack, reduced blood flow due to narrowed arteries.
