Helpful Yoga in Solving The Problems of Dizziness

To
do this, stand the waist downright. Now place both hands on the shoulders and
move the elbows. Rotate the elbows in the ring, so that the arms of the arms
come downwards with the ears. This action will also benefit from doing 10
times. Keep in mind that if you start dizziness when doing it, then does it
after waiting for a while.
2.
Shashkasan
Sit
in the Vajrasana and keep the spinal cord straight. Spread the knees far and
wide. Raise the shoulders on the head of the shoulders as far as the width of
the shoulder. Lean forward from the waist while keeping the arms straight,
leaving the breath. Pull on the chin and arms floor and look at the front. Come
to the initial state while breathing.
3.
Brahmamudra
First
sit in Vajrasan or Padmasana. Keep both hands on the knees and leave the
shoulders loose. Now slowly lift the neck up and down a bit. After repeated
this action 10 times, rotate the neck right and left 10 times in this way.
After this move the neck to the right and left so that it starts to feel like a
shoulder. Do this 10 times as well. Finally, rotating the neck 10 times at the
four directions. Due to this activity for 4 consecutive days in morning and
evening time will stop dizziness.
4. Margarasana
To
do this, stand with the help of hands and knees, like a quadruple. Mix knees
together. Make a difference of at least half feet between hands. Now keep the
waist parallel to the ground and lift the neck slowly upwards and leave the
waist loose. Then lower your neck and raise your belly and waist. Repeat this
10 times will stop dizziness.
