First of all, observe
yourself. Whether you have frequent bloating and chronic fatigue? Are you
suffered from the symptoms include nausea, bad taste in mouth, decreased
appetite, generalize fatigue, swelling of the ankles and lower legs, itching
and dry skin, foamy and bloody urine and mental status changes. If your answer
is yes, start to think about detoxifying your kidneys.
Kidneys – one of the
hardest working organs of the body that have millions of nephrons. They filter
out waste. This waste is removed through urine. When kidneys become unhealthy,
they lose the ability to efficiently filter out waste and resultantly toxins
start to accumulate in the blood. Excess waste in the body can cause the
disease. Other functions of kidneys are to monitor blood pressure, make red
blood cells, regulate calcium for strong bones and balance out electrolyte
levels.
When you have a plan to
detoxify kidneys or to cleanse kidneys, it gives your body the extra fighting
chance in future. Even after a kidney cleanse, it is difficult to keep it
healthy because cleanse at a time may be helpful for removal of accumulated
toxins but it does not necessarily stop them from accumulating again. So to
keep your kidneys healthy and operating at its peak efficiency, it is
recommended to adopt cleanse-plan at least twice a year.
This plan should include
Avoid of all toxins,
chemicals, sugar, refined and processed food, dairy products, caffeine and
saturated fats from your food.
Also avoid the foods that
are high in uric acid e.g., meat proteins whether chick, red meat or fish,
fats, yeast and beer. Uric acid is produced on breaking down of ‘Purine’, a
chemical which is naturally made in the body. This uric acid can crystallize in
the blood, accumulate around the joints
and create the pain thereat.
Also stop drinking and
smoking at least one week before and after your cleanse.
