Children's Diet Chart Plan for Exam Preparation.

Children's Diet Chart Plan for Exam Preparation.
During preparing for the exam, students should take balanced diet. This keeps them away from stress and concentration also increases. Learn what the diet chart should be like during the exam.

Milk is compulsory in breakfast

Milk is required in the routine breakfast of children of all ages. At
the time of the examination children should drink 2 glasses of milk daily. Breakfast can be taken with cornflakes, oats, and porridge with a glass of milk.

If you are studying early morning, fruit or salad can be eaten between breakfast and lunch.

This keeps energy active and concentration is also maintained in studies.

Decide Your Lunch Time
Lunch should be done at a set time during the examination so that the body can get full benefit. Even after breakfast in the morning salad or fruits are eaten, then do the lunch by 2 pm in the afternoon. Add lentils, rice, green vegetables and yogurt to the luncheon. After 10 to 15 minutes walk after lunch, take a second reading. This will improve the digestive system.

Evening snacks are important.
After lunch, if you have a habit of taking dinner at night then change this habit in Exam Time. Take toast, sprouts, wheat bread, peanut butter, dry fruit or any healthy snack while drinking tea in the evening. Take tea instead of tea. Drink tea if you want to drink tea, it will also remove fatigue and it will not even cause acidity.

Dinner must be light and not spicy.
Try to eat less spicy food at night. The body has to work harder to digest oily food and fast food. Because of this the energy is hot and in the study the mind feels less. Reading too late for the night can be harmful for health. It is also very important to take 8 hours of sleep with a healthy diet.

Important point
Protein is very helpful in enhancing brain capability of students. Therefore, in your diet charts definitely include protein rich foods such as milk and dairy products, pulses, eggs, fish etc.

Eat green leafy vegetables in excessive quantities; this gives the body plenty of vitamins and fibers. It is also beneficial in enhancing memory.

If eating habits start to become lethargic, eat sprouts, juice and fresh fruits, minerals and vitamins present in it make the body energize and also save it from infection.
