Drink 3-5 liter water throughout the day, drink lukewarm water more if possible. Do not eat all the time, do not eat anything whenever you open the refrigerator. Eat breakfast whenever you eat for 15-20 minutes and chewing properly. Eat fruits and vegetables according to the season.

Mix soya bean or gram in the food and so on. Add soya bean or gram flour to the flour and so on.

Always be active. Join gym only when it is fit to fit any part of the body but do not join the gym to stay fit because many people do not go to the gym regularly. Therefore, take a look at light exercises every day. Keep drinking water, lemon soda and so on. They do not only lose weight but also play a significant role in reducing toxin. Do not eat potatoes, crisps etc. and avoid rice also.

Take almonds, walnut, berries, guava, pumpkin, black beans, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, eggs, figs, lemon and yoghurt are our best recommended foods.
